We call our style “Modern Vintage” because of the rustic colors, distressed genuine leather, and antique hardware we use.

From our vintage-washed eco genuine leathers imported from Italy to our hand-stitched details, our look is cultured with a modern twist. Our hardware and metal zippers are made with recycled, nickel-free metal lending to durable, as­ well as eye-catching, designs. Timeless color palettes are chosen by our artists to maintain our visual identity. Painted with lively and profuse colors imported from Italian tanneries, Old Trend echoes a vintage, wild nature and classic color language.

Old Trend belts are all 100% Italian vegetable tanned genuine leathers, all nickel free buckles, and embellishments are of nickel free metal studs, rivets and hand-stitched ornament details.

Our handcrafted designs are created for the individual who understands and appreciates the work that goes into a well-made bag. Every Old Trend product pays homage to nature and art with their original, innovative designs and painstaking detail. With every bag being crafted individually, each one is subtly unique. So what is “Eco Genuine Leather?”

Eco genuine leather is leather that has been tanned without the use of harmful chemicals such as chrome, phencyclidine, and azo dyes. We use plant-based dyes in our factories that are held to some of the most stringent environmental laws in the world. Old Trend’s leather is 99% heavy-metal-and-chemical-free. We only use 100% genuine leather and 100% cotton lining in the production of our bags, belts, and wallets in order to keep our carbon footprint small and our planet safe.
